I recently purchased a computer from your Company and would like it placed on record the excellent service I received from your staff, in the first instance by Nathan a charming young man who by his manner installs confidence over the telephone.
I decided to purchase another machine after mine had been examined at the workshop and found to be nearing the end of its working life. Mike brought a new computer to my home and installed everything as it should be. This young man knows exactly what he is doing and is very talented
I was also told not to worry about anything as I would be welcome to telephone, or email the firm, rather than worry about anything to do with the computer. I am not a person who is very computer literate.
In a society which does not always treat its fellow man, or beast for that matter, with kindness or respect it must be said that those employed by Platinum Computers are second to none. (6) was generally a most helpful good egg.
